Answers are published as the CEO wrote them, spelling included.

  1. About the CEO

Can you tell us a bit about yourself? For example; how old you are, what your background with flying in general is and what brought you to creating your own Virtual Airline.

I’m 32 years old. I’m a Civil aviation enthusiast and I will follow this passion till my death. I create this VA because I’m native of Sicily Island and just now is opening the real one Company related.

  2. How it started

When did you start your Virtual Airline?

Just few days ago, March 2020.

  3. Success

Do you consider your Virtual Airline successful?

    Hope so.

  4. Best moment

What is your most interesting experience with your Virtual Airline, what has happened that makes you think so?

    Too early to say.

  5. Hard times

Did you have any bad experiences with your Virtual Airline?

    No.

  6. Pilots coming and going

What do you think of your Virtual Airline’s flow of new and leaving VA pilots? Is there something you do to attract more pilots? And why do you think some pilots leave your Virtual Airline?

Just created and waiting for pilots subscriptions. Hope to have many. I have, thanks to FSAirlines platform, a real flight and plane booking system; so I hope this will attract pilots.

  7. Fleet and liveries

What types of planes does your Virtual Airline use and do you have all the custom liveries available for your VA?

We use Airbus based fleet, mostly A319 & A320 and YES I will have available all the liveries for the most commercial Payware Airbus for the various Simulators.

  8. Online networks

Does your VA fly on a network? If so, what do you think about it? Do you feel it supplements the general flying experience, what do you think of the network in general and is it required for your pilots to fly on this network?

Sincerely I leave this decision individually pilot by pilot. Our VA is not strictly forcing pilots to fly ONLINE or OFFLINE; if you want you can do it, but our VA is not registered to any online network.

  9. Flight tracking

Do you use any flight tracking software? If so, which one, and are you happy about the service it provides? Would you like to improve it for example?

As say before we use FSAirlines Flight Tracking System and we are really satisfied of it at the time. Yes I’d like to be improved the PAX dynamic loading flight per flight, but at this time is more than sufficient.

  10. Developer offers

Do you make use of the offers some developers / distributors have for Virtual Airlines? Do you think these developers / distributors have good offers? And does it fit your Virtual Airline policy?

    Not Applicable.

  11. Website

Does your Virtual Airline have a custom made internet web page or do you use, for example, PHPVMS and equivalents? Are you happy about your VA’s web page?

I used ALTERVISTA website with one of the WordPress theme and system to create my website and YES definitely I LIKE IT SO MUCH.

  12. The year ahead

And lastly, what are your expectations for your Virtual Airline in the coming twelve months?

I expect to have so many applications by virtual pilots and to keep high standard performances. The FSAirlines system simulate the fleet ownership also; at this time we have a LEASED fleet and, with our pilots cooperation, we can increase the VA company balance in order to BUY planes instead of leasing them. Our objective is to follow the real Company network and their operations.
