Platinum Airways offers its virtual pilots an environment that is rich in content and low on rules. We are the first virtual airline to liberate the airways by implementing Open Skies. Our pilots can fly any mission of their choice with the aircraft of their choice and at the time of their choice. Alternatively, they may fly any mission out of our hubs (KDFW, KEWR, CYVR, YPPH and EBBR). In addition, we offer Cargo and Military missions. We are by default an offline VA. However, for pilots who prefer online flying, we are affiliated with VATSIM. --- About the current ranks: As we became suspicious about the ranking system, Platinum Airways has investigated and discovered an exploit in the current ranking system. We have informed the website owner and are currently manipulating statistics to demonstrate their inaccuracy. We regret this situation and we hope that a solution can be found for VA List to remain an objective source of information for potential virtual airline members.
