Confluence Air: a regional feeder built around one hub

Confluence Air is a virtual regional airline flying United Express–style routes from a single hub: Spirit of St. Louis (KSUS), in Chesterfield, Missouri. We run as an independent feeder — CRJ and ATR equipment, real-world-style operations, and one base instead of a sprawling route map you'll never finish.
That focus is the point. You always know where you're flying and why. Every route connects back to St. Louis, so the network reads like a real carrier's instead of a random list of city pairs.
We operate the full CRJ family — the CRJ-550, 700, 900, and 1000 — plus the ATR 72-600 for shorter legs. SimBrief is built into dispatch, and smartCARS handles flight tracking and files your PIREPs automatically. Both are free.
You can fly with us three ways, and all of them count toward your hours:
-
VATSIM, with live human ATC
- SayIntentions.AI, with AI ATC available 24/7
- Offline, on your own schedule
MSFS 2020, MSFS 2024, and X-Plane 12 are all supported. X-Plane pilots are welcome here, not an afterthought.
There's no entry exam and no check flight. Register, fly a leg, and your first PIREP files itself. Ranks advance on logged hours, not paperwork.
We're early, and the first pilots through the door earn permanent founding-pilot status — recognition for the people who helped build the airline.
If a focused, professional regional operation sounds like your kind of flying, come find us.
