Celebrating One Year of Flight!

Dear Aviation Enthusiasts,

Today marks a monumental milestone in our journey—AeroLynx Virtual Airline’s 1st Anniversary! It feels like just yesterday that we took off on this incredible adventure, and what a year it has been!

From our humble beginnings, AeroLynx has soared to new heights, connecting passionate virtual aviators from around the globe. Together, we've logged thousands of hours in the sky, exploring breathtaking destinations, and creating a community that thrives on a shared love of aviation.

This year has been filled with unforgettable events, challenging flights, and a commitment to excellence that defines the AeroLynx experience. We've built a family here—one that supports, encourages, and celebrates each other’s achievements.

As we look back on our first year, we are incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished together:

• Our dedicated pilots have accumulated over 6,800 hours of flight time.
• Our database currently includes 85 airlines, and it's continuously expanding.
• Over 101,000 real-world routes ranging from sleek passenger jets to rumbling cargo giants.
• We relished group flights that took us across diverse landscapes, from towering mountains and lush valleys to expansive deserts and the endless ocean.
• Delivered comprehensive training on flying with VATSIM to the flight simulation community.

But this is just the beginning. As we embark on our second year, we are more committed than ever to continuing this journey of growth, innovation, and community. We have exciting plans on the horizon, including new routes, enhanced training opportunities, and more ways for our members to connect and share their passion.

To everyone who has been a part of AeroLynx’s first year, thank you. Your dedication, enthusiasm, and support have made this airline what it is today. Here’s to many more years of flying together, pushing the boundaries of what a virtual airline can achieve.

We will be celebrating next week with some special group flights on September 12th-15th. Please feel free to join us in our celebration. For details, see our Discord site. www.aerolynxva.org
