Switzerland, airline, bankruptcy, virtual airline, aviation In the beginning of 2002, a new airline was founded in Switzerland and was named air Switzerland. However, because of numerous arising problems, this airline never left the ground, and at the end of the year 2002, it had to file for bankruptcy. It was for this reason that I, as a long standing virtual Pilot with a background in aviation, decided to let the air Switzerland fly in the skies as a virtual airline. My prime motivation is to be able to combine reality and fantasy into one package.
